Blank Poster is a project led by 2 designers, Anders Bakken & Ole M. Ødegaard, which is worked on during spare time and is a side project which grew bigger than intended. Therefore we ask for your understanding should you find mistakes made in content or in functionality on this website.

All posters found within this website (blankposter.com) are the property of the designer/-s who designed it and are not owned by Blank Poster. It is not allowed to download or distribute any of the content found on this page with the intent of selling it, using it in a publication or any other medium meant to be sold or distributed without the written consent of the designer of said content.

Blank Poster’s content
Graphics tied to the Blank Poster brand found on blankposter.com (logo, illustrations, icons, animations or any other form of graphics tied to Blank Poster) are the property of Blank Poster. Should you want to use it in your poster you are welcome to do so.

Removing content
We may remove content we deem to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, explicit, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to delete or refuse any poster submissions without notification while also doing our best to keep the site as open as possible.

If you (the designer) want to remove any of your work submitted to the page please write us on contact@blankposter.com.

Privacy policy

User provided information
By submitting a poster to blankposter.com you agree to letting us store your submitted personal data (name, email and url) in our system and agree to our use of your name and provided url in order to credit your work here on blankposter.com as well as on other platforms and social channels connected to blankposter.com.

You can whenever you want get in contact with us to have your personal data removed or changed if needed at contact@blankposter.com .

Newsletter
You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter by providing an email address to receive communication from us via MailChimp. We use a secure op-in subscription system and we reserve the right to contact subscribers with information and news related to this website or the Blank Poster project as a whole. Subscribers may unsubscribe anytime and every email delivered will contain an “Unsubscribe” link.

Store policy

Sales
Sales through our online store are all final at the moment of purchase/successful payment.

Blank Poster shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Payment
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider (Stripe) and are not stored or processed on our servers. All transactions are processed in euros.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds, credit or trades for any purchase unless the customer can provide proof of a defect that is the fault of Blank Poster.

Shipping
We offer international shipping priced based on the shipping address being either in Norway, Europe or elsewhere in the world.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address and all necessary details needed to ensure delivery.

Local pickup
By typing in a location in Norway you will get the option to select “Local pickup” which costs you nothing and you can then pick up your order at our location in Oslo (see “Contact information” on bottom of page). Please notify us of your preferred pickup time by writing this in the “Order notes” upon checkout or email us.

Pre-order
When ordering a product during a pre-order phase the shipping is naturally going to be delayed until the product has been produced and delivered to us. By ordering a product during it’s pre-order phase the customer will be prioritised and have their order shipped first once we receive it from production.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We ask for your understanding as this is a two-man operation.

Information handling
By purchasing a product in our store you will need to provide us with certain personal information in order for your order to be handled and shipped to your address. Blank Poster will not sell, distribute or publicise this information and only store it for purchase handling purposes.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Blank Poster is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and loss
Blank Poster is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Should your shipment not be delivered due to a postal service error or due to the postal service not being able to find or deliver the shipment to your provided address it should be sent in return to us and you will be notified through the email you provided upon checkout. Blank Poster will not resend the shipment before new shipping costs are paid in full.
